How can I book my vacation apartment with My Time in Paris?
With My Time in Paris, you have access to the constantly updated availability calendar for each of our apartments available for vacation rentals. There is no need to fill in a request form since you can directly choose and reserve the available dates. The availability calendar works by the number of nights. Click on the arrival date, and select the number of nights.
When we receive the first payment, we send you a confirmation email with your booking dates, along with a rental agreement to be signed and sent back to us via mail or e-mail. Upon reception of the signed rental agreement, your reservation is confirmed. The 2nd payment must be made 30 days prior to the arrival to complete the process, or your reservation will be canceled. If the booking is done less than 30 days before the departure, you will have to pay the total amount of the rental to complete the reservation.

What does the rental rate include?
The rental rate includes the rent, clean linen and towels, local taxes, all utilities (electricity, water, and gas), along with amenities that are specific to each apartment.
Rental rates are fixed for a definite number of people. Some apartments can accommodate an extra person at an additional cost that is defined on the availability calendar.
Will other fees be charged to me?
There is an cleaning fee that varies between 30€ and 70€ depending on the apartment. A late arrival fee of 35€ applies if you arrive (check-in) between 8pm and 10pm. A vert late arrival fee of 100€ applies if you arrive (check-in) between 10pm and Midnight. There is no check-in possible later than Midnight. We reserve the right to deduct the 35€ or 100€ from the security deposit if it applies.No other fees will be charged to you.
How much is the security deposit, and when will it be charged to me?
The amount of the security deposit depends on the apartment. We could require a security deposit of 300€, 500€, 1000€ , or 2000€ depending on the size of the apartment and its furnishing. The amount is specified on the description of each apartments. The security deposit is payable at your 2nd payment, 30 days prior to the travel.
Please note any damage to the apartment upon your arrival and report it by contacting us right away.
When will you refund the security deposit?
If there is no damage in the apartment, and all keys have been returned, we will refund the security deposit shortly after your departure via PayPal. PayPal then takes 2 business days to make the refund.
How much is the first payment that I have to make?
For vacation rentals, you can pay the total amount of the rental directly, or a minimum reservation payment of 50% of the rental, plus the cleaning fee and 50% of the amount of any service that you may add during the reservation. This payment is due within seven days of the booking.
If your reservation is made less than 30 days prior to the departure, the first payment is the total amount of the rental.
When do I have to pay the balance of the rental?
You are required to pay the balance 30 days prior to the travel. If the booking is done less than 30 days prior to the arrival, the full amount will have to be paid during the reservation process.
How can I make payments?
Payments may be made by credit/debit card in EURO or USD or bank transfer (bank fees may apply) in USD only. All bank fees must be paid by the sender of the wire, and we must receive the exact USD amount given to you. Credit card payments are done through PayPal. Please contact us
for our wire instructions, or if you wish to pay in US Dollars, as our website is automatically set up in EURO.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation until 30 days prior to the travel to receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of 100€ that cannot be waived. If you cancel a reservation for any reason, less than 30 days prior to the reservation dates, there will be no refund or deduction of the payments, charges, and fees, save for and excepting the security deposit.
In case of unexpected events, we recommend you to apply for a traveller’s insurance.
How do I get the keys of the apartment?
An agent from My Time in Paris will greet you upon your arrival at the apartment to hand you the keys. You will be given the name and phone number of the agent once you reserve the apartment. You will not be able to get the keys of the apartment if you arrive later than Midnight. You will have to wait until the following morning in order to get the keys and check-in in the apartment.
Do I leave the keys in the apartment after my departure?
An agent from My Time in Paris will meet you at the apartment to get the keys before you leave. In case you must leave without seeing the agent, please return the keys at our office:

What should I do if I lose keys?
You must contact us right away by calling Caroline PINTO: +33 6 12 99 17 45.
If you lose any keys of the property, your security deposit will be deducted by 300€ for changing locks and having new keys made.
When can I arrive in the apartment?
The arrival time is from 11:30am to 8pm and an agent from My Time in Paris will be at the apartment to welcome you. Please give us your travel information, and notify us of any delays. We also require all guests to call us as soon as they arrive in Paris so that the agent can greet you at the right arrival time. For an arrival (check-in time) between 8pm and 10pm, a late arrival fee of 35€ applies. For an arrival (check-in time) between 10pm and Midnight, a very late arrival fee of 100€ applies. No Check-in is possible after Midnight. You will have to wait until the following morning in order to get the keys and check-in in the apartment.
If you arrive between 9:30am and 11:30am, you may leave your luggage in the apartment during its cleaning.
What is the departure time of the apartment?
The departure time is from 8am to 9:30 am, to allow time for the cleaning of the apartment.
You may be able to stay longer, depending on the arrival of the following guests. You must contact us, and have our written consent, before you can stay in the apartment later than 9:30 am.
What should I do if there is a problem in the apartment?
If you find that an amenity isn’t working or if anything is broken, do not call a repair person but contact us directly. We will take care of any problem you may encounter during your stay.
